I set up an insurance policy online & he took the time to call me just to welcome me to their company & let me know that there is a local office if I ever need it. He then was able to bundle life insurance for me, which brought my rate down! The best part of all, Will called back 30 minutes later to let me know that there was still another discount that I am missing. I have never had an insurance company try to save me money, let alone twice. I’m blown away by the customer service! Although I cannot say if I like the insurance or not yet, I certainly am paying a better price than my last insurance company & the agents are better!"

I gave this office a shot and Bryant wrote up a quote that was not only half the price of Progressive, it included renters AND much better auto coverage. "Mark and Tonya and Wil are helpful, competent and patient. I had a totally dreadful situation with my vehicle and they were so compassionate. They kept me informed at every step, told me how to work with the claims department, and made it very easy to move forward. And Geri Matthews at the claims dept. (outside of Mark’s office of course) was amazing, I have to say; she was incredibly competent and they got me a fair deal. There really is something to be said for a brick and mortar office that you can walk into and speak to people face-to-face! They even made me fresh coffee, earning a friend for life. 😅😍🥹 Oh and I should mention that Mark sends me a holiday card every year, and he actually answers his emails in person! 🤩🫶🏼 That is some seriously old-school service, the kind you don’t expect to get any more. I have to say, I was satisfied with Mark’s office before, but this experience has earned my dedication. Five stars!"

"At 69 years old I have been a State Farm customer my entire adult life as were my parents before me. From Auto's to Camper to Sailboat all my needs have been met. My claims have been few and very minor. Ranging from Vandalism of my property to windshield rock chips. I added a photo of my only major claim which came when I surprised 2 Eastern European men stealing the tires and wheels off my car. This was a complex tow and by turning it over to Mark and his team there was no stress or anxiety on my part. Mark and his team have always responded to my needs immediately and professionally.
